What is it?
Crystal Sound Healing is an ancient practice in where Stevie will infuse reiki and sound healing to produce different sound frequencies with quartz crystal singing bowls and reiki to restore balance and harmony in the body.
These transformative healing sessions use sound healing tools that soothe your mind, body, emotions and spirit.
The crystal sound healing slows down the brain waves, which in turn induces deep relaxation that supports the body's natural ability to heal itself. Think magic through sound.

What will you receive?
A 60 minute session sound bath where the signing bowls vary according to their resonant frequencies. While the sound frequency of a smaller singing bowls may bring about a deep sense of relaxation that affects our subtle bodies, larger bowls will have a greater impact on our physical bodies. This is why a varied selection of bowls will be used to activate your energy centres to transform your energy levels. There will be 10 minute induction to understand and set intentions for your session, with the bowls being played for 45 minutes.
How long is it for?
Sessions last for one hour and in the first part of the session we will explore what you want to get out of the session and what you feel is currently blocking you to help align the energies with the sound.
