All bowls are super light weight and easy for transportation in their carry cases which are included as part of the set. 

  • Returns Policy

    We are confident that you will enjoy the benefits of your new product, however if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, or have changed your mind, you’re welcome to return it.

    All items are required to be returned to us within 28 days of receipt. 

    To request a refund please email info@starsbystevie.com and we will send you a returns form which will include our returns address.

    Please ensure the product is undamaged and in the original packaging and return to us by insured, recorded delivery to cover liability in case the item is not received.  

    You will be required to pay the return postage fee.

    Once we’ve received the item, it will be inspected it to ensure it is not damaged and in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. Presuming the item/s is in the same condition we will issue a full refund (including any original shipping fees you might have paid).

    We will issue the refund to the bank card that was used to make the original purchase.

    We aim to despatch your order as soon as possible, usually between 2 working days of receiving your order.  All orders are sent via tracked delivery.
